In our most important and old vines in Montecarlo we take care of “San Piero in Campo” grape production. A selected care of Old Vines and our soil let us vinificate only the best Sangiovese and Merlot grapes. The vinification in our cellar takes a special care to express the peculiarity of both varietals, with a next, skilful ageing in french oak barrels. We are so able to get an intense, deep red wine with wide, fresh aromatic, balsamic, fruity hints, silky and intense on the .palate.
ORGANOLEPTIC ANALYSE:: Red Ruby coloured, on the nose it expresses wide tobacco and cacao hints, elegant boisé and vanilla notes, joint to fruity, fresh red berries and caramelisez orange hints. On the mouth is is silky, complex, long and kindly round.
PAIRING: Ideally paired with important, meat dishes like fiorentina Steak, roasted meat, Stewes and game meat. An interesting experiment is to pair it with chocolate cakes.
