From the best selection of our grapes we produce our red reserve Rosso di Sole, blend of two rich, international varietals cultivated in Montecarlo from late 19th century; Merlot and Cabernet Sauvignon.
An exquisite wine comes from the vineyards, we take care of our fields and what they offer us. Rosso di Sole, the gold of sun, is the result of our vineyards kissed by the sun, from sunrise to sunset.
ORGANOLEPTIC ANALYSE: Deep ruby red coloured, on the nose it opens up with sharp and clear notes remembering blackberry and black cherry marmelade, followed by elegant oaky and spicy notes. Full silky, complex, intense and pleasantly round.
PAIRING: Ideal with grilled red meat, roasted meat and game.
SERVING TEMPERATURE: 18° – 20°c / 64° – 68° F.
We suggest opening the bottle and decanting the wine few hours before serving it.
