From the Hills of Montecarlo was born, in 1969, one of the oldes italian DOC Wine: Montecarlo Bianco.Made from a knoledgeble blend of white grape varietals, Our Montecarlo Bianco DOC Il Vignolo is a wine that reminds for its citrus and fruity flavours, nice freshness and pensistance.
Il Vignolo, the name chosen for this wine, comes from the old dialect of Montecarlo. Vignolo means Vineyard. And this wine comes for selected rows and grapes.
ORGANOLEPTIC ANALYSE: Pale yellow coloured with green shades. Intense and complex floral bouquet, fruity and finely citrus, with nice peach and exotic fruit notes. On the palate is persistent, fresh, fine and savory.
PAIRINGS: We suggest it as an aperitif, on cheese and coldcuts entrées, vegetable pies and fish.
