ORGANOLEPTIC ANALYSES: Light straw yellow coloured with grren shades, on the nose presents a complex bouquet with intense citrusy and fruity notes, and white flower hints. On the palate freshness, roundness and minerality give us memory of the sea.
PAIRING: Perfect for the aperitif. Thanks to its versatility this wine is easy to be paired to several dishes, from fresh cheese and salumi to fish, shellfish and crustaceans. Very good with risotto and white meat.
