The production and tasting of high-quality Extra Virgin Olive Oil is our job, passion and pride in the last 100 years, that is since three generation ago.

In Our secular olive grove, we continue growing the typical Tuscan olive varieties:
”Frantoio”, “Leccino”, “Moraiolo” and “Pendolino”.

In our Estate the olive harvest starts earlier than traditionally, when olives are small and green. This is the secret for a deliciously fresh and fruity Extra Virgin Olive Oil, rich in flavours, taste and elegance: L’Olio di Jacopo.

Strictly handpicked, after the collection olives are processed within the harvest day in our own continuous-cycle press Mill, low temperature extraction. This is the way to reach the highest quality of our Extra Virgin Olive Oil.
