In Our secular olive grove, we continue growing the typical Tuscan olive varieties:
”Frantoio”, “Leccino”, “Moraiolo” and “Pendolino”.
In our Estate the olive harvest starts earlier than traditionally, when olives are small and green. This is the secret for a deliciously fresh and fruity Extra Virgin Olive Oil, rich in flavours, taste and elegance: L’Olio di Jacopo.
Strictly handpicked, after the collection olives are processed within the harvest day in our own continuous-cycle press Mill, low temperature extraction. This is the way to reach the highest quality of our Extra Virgin Olive Oil.
