Avevamo prenotato in questo agriturismo come gruppo-famiglia di 8 persone con bambini per un weekend di maggio; a causa di un problema di salute abbiamo chiesto di posticipare ad un... read more weekend successivo e ci è stato proposto solo un weekend di fine ottobre, in quanto in tutti gli altri periodi l'agriturismo era dato in mano ad agenzie internazionali che probabilmente gestiscono il flusso del turismo straniero. Ci siamo ritrovati ad accettare il weekend di ottobre, malgrado non fosse un periodo per noi ideale, in quanto avevamo già dato una caparra del 30% sul soggiorno di maggio. Arrivati ad ottobre, purtroppo due componenti del gruppo si sono ammalati di covid, abbiamo avvisato la struttura che ci ha detto che non era possibile posticipare oltre il soggiorno perché l’agriturismo a novembre chiudeva; inoltre non hanno voluto saperne nemmeno di restituirci la caparra, né di farci un buono per il 2024 alla loro riapertura. Alla fine si sono tenuti 140€ di caparra, dandoci nessuna possibilità di scegliere né un qualunque weekend successivo né di poter avere un buono. Suggerisco di preferire altre strutture, dove il cliente viene considerato con rispetto, attenzione e cura, rispetto a chi, come questo, guarda solo il lato economico, dato che conta sulle prenotazioni di massa da parte delle agenzie e non usa in alcun modo il buon senso nella gestione del cliente.
