Syrah, Merlot, Sangiovese

“Rosa di Notte” means “Pink in the Night”. With this particular name, “Wines in the Night” we indicated, in past times, wine produced with a brief maceration, continued by fermentation. A A cuvée made of Syrah, Merlot and Sangiovese, our Rosé wine exalts colour and elegance thanks to this short maceration on the grape skins.
ORGANOLEPTIC ANALYSE: Nicely Rosé coloured, on the nose elegant floral notes, fresh fruity hints of red fruits, on which we can recognize a wild strawberry, perfectly blend with a slightly, silky boisé note from the short passage in barrel. On the palate is dry, fresh, elegant, balanced and of good structure.
PAIRING: For its versatility and ease to drink we recommend it as an aperitif, with cold cuts, fresh cheese and first courses in different versions.
